For more than twenty years, Hakim worked inside globally recognized institutions, including Harvard Law School and the American Bar Association, developing high-performing professionals from around the world. Today he brings that experience to CEOs, founders and executives who are ready for what’s next.
His own path has been anything but ordinary: early years in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, studying in Morocco, playing music in Key West, and working as an actor and stunt professional. It gave him the range to meet every client exactly where they are.
At home, he’s a devoted husband and father to identical twin boys. That foundation of family is at the heart of how he helps leaders lead with clarity, confidence and compassion.
